Stout resa particolarmente originale dall’aggiunta di fave di cacao. Le fave di cacao sono contenute nel loro frutto ovvero… la cabossa! L’uso di malto tostati conferisce una piena sensazione di caffè che ben duetta con le sensazioni di cioccolato fondente. Il corpo è leggero, la gasatura medio-bassa, la bevuta eccezionalmente scorrevole. Colore: tonaca di frate. Servire a 10 - 12 ºC. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, avena, fave di cacao (2.5%), luppolo, lievito.

28/6/2022. Bottle at La Birreria Italiana - Milano Piero della Francesca. Pours almost black with a large frothy off-white to beige head. Nice roasty, coffee, chocolate, malted aroma. Quite smooth but a bit too fizzy.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black, with very fine brown foam, stable. Aroma is cocoa and coffee, with just a hint of vanilla. Body is average, with minimal carbonation. Taste is medium roasty bitter, with a bit of initial sweetness. Final is fairly dry.

Al naso l'aroma rimanda al caffè e al cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buona armonia con l'amaro medio. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di panettone, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca e agrumi.

Hand pump at Mastri d'Arme, Trieste-Italy with Dimitrij. Black color with little reddish highlights, gassy ivory foam. Nose: sweet chocolate, carob. Mouth: easy/rich. Dust a bit with a nice rough feel of burnt malt. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours deep brown with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, milk. Flavour is medium sweet, chocolate, milk, light coffee. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.
