Big Dipper is a soft, hazy double IPA that shines bright on the palate.
As part of the Ursa Minor constellation, the Big Dipper is made up of 7 bright stars. Historically used as a navigational tool, whilst contributing to the beauty of the nights sky.
Following on from Polaris Pale Ale, this DIPA is packed with stone fruit flavours from its doubly generous dry hop of citra, mosaic and amarillo.

18/3/2022. Can from V and B Northampton. Train beer on way home. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of pineapple, mango, citrus and stone fruits, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average to soft carbonation. Solid if unspectacular DIPA.
