This 6% Oz/American style IPA is dangerously sessionable, has a slight hazy golden hue, balanced bitterness and a refreshingly dry finish. Massive tropical/citrus dry hop character brings it home. Originally by the first YH brew team but has been revised over time.

Aromas of grapefruit, caramel and bread. Quite a bitter hop taste that dominates, but quite enjoyable m

Can. Unclear amber with a good cm of white head. Aroma of kumquats, weeds, breadcrust. So it tastes. Some caramel sweetness but ends up fairly dry and quite bitter. Not the latest thing but pretty good.

24/10/2022. Schooner at Pyrmont Bridge Hotel, Sydney. Pours clear orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of orange, mango, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, piney edge. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Pretty decent.
