2021. We've got a feeling you're going to love our take on the long and glorious traditions of wheat beers. Inspired by classic Weissbiers and Belgian Wits, our first edition is a tart hazy wheat pale, subtly spiced with coriander and orange peel and loaded with juicy raspberry fruitiness. Background yeast character comes from the Munich Wheat yeast strain and the real raspberry puree added during fermentation imparts beautiful fresh fruit notes and gives a delicate pink hue to this hazy "white" beer. It's a real thirst quencher and, even though we say so ourselves, a bit of a winner!
