25/3/2023. Can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Shared at SBGP1. Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of orange, tropical fruits, apricot, herbs, pine, husky notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Best of the Lakes beers I’ve tried.

Can. Beer Central Sheffield. Soft haze on a medium gold. Beautiful thick off white suds are sticky and lasting. Nose has buttery grain. Some citrus hop. Some pine. But mostly butter. Taste has some initial sweetness. Gets pithy bitter. A little heavy on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Very bitter finish. First one from this brewery and it’s not a particularly good start. Butter bomb.
