27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours dark maroon brown with minimal head. Aroma is malty, dried fruits, chocolate, spiced notes. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation.

Cask at Colchester Winter Ale Festival 2023. Deep clear amber color, off white head. Plum aroma. Taste is lightly bitter dark fruit dry finish. OK
