Bright red colour. Smells like ginger beer with sorrel, tastes like it as well, with lots of sweetness driving this forward.

355ml bottle [at 2.8% abv, courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Minimally cloudy, reddish golden colour with small frothy, fading, off-white head. Sweet-ish, fruity-spicy, ginger-like aroma, plum-like fruitiness, a minimally earthy touch of beet root. Taste is sweet, fruity-spicy, ginger-like again, sweet plum-like fruitiness, a touch of beet root, widely disguised, malty basis, weak, citric and fruit acidic tartness. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Surprisingly tasty - nice.

24/9/2023. Bottle from Raja Stores, Ipswich. 2.8% abv. Pours unclear pale red with a small short lasting spritzy white head. Aroma is sweet, herbal, candy, nettle, hedgerow, hints of beet and berry. Taste is syrupy sweet, with a light spicy edge. Moderate body, sticky syrupy mouthfeel, quite lively carbonation. Sweet finish with some developing peppery spice. Actually quite nice.
