15/7/2023. Bottle shared at SBGP3. Courtesy of Boris, cheers. Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, citrus, orange, grapefruit, herb, pine, earthy. Medium sweetness and moderate developing bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Bitter herbal finish. Good

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark orange, amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Floral, grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, mellow malty background with a very light, earthy-nutty touch, hints of petals, whiffs of peanut. Taste is crisp bitter, floral and minimally fruity hoppy, minimlly nutty, malty basis without residual sweetness, hints of petals, a touch of grapefruit. Slightly oily, watery texture, smooth and dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, fairly bitter hoppy but with rather cautious hop flavours; Hoppy Amber Ale / Red IPA - enjoyable.

Bottle. Clear dark orange sporting a massive foamy and everlasting white head. Aroma of resin, pine and grapefruits with tiny hints of passion fruits. Taste of grapefruits, caramel, malts, pine and resin. Fruity bitterness. Medium carbonation. Full-bodied. The name is pretty misleading but I really enjoyed it.
