Hand pulled pint on Tuesday evening 21st January 2025: Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Pale golden body, clean. clear and bright, white crown on top. Fruity with a slight citrus leaning, light white wine notes too. Decent malt content for balance, easy drinking pint!

13/7/2023. Cask at the Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is lemony, grassy, grapefruit, malt, slightly soapy. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, slightly oily and watery, average carbonation. Easy drinker.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours a golden yellow with minimal white head. The aroma has malts and corn plus some hints of citrus. In the mouth it is initially sweet, but soon becomes bitter. Summer fruits are the main flavour, plus traces of grapefruit and citrus. Finish is slightly dry. Not bad at all.
