8/7/2023. Cask at the Buck Inn, Flixton. Pours clear dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty, fruity, toasted, caramel, hint of charcoal. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness, slightest tart edge. Medium body, soft carbonation.
