Our first non adjunct imperial stout release Valley Of The Shadows keeps things simple with a powerful punch of strength and flavor.
9 malts, 3 hops and a heavy dose of dark brown sugar in the boil gives us this boozy malt filled goodness that sits in the glass with a deep dark brown head.
A cliché filled winter warmer ready for the colder months.

Bottle share at Grumbo's, cheers! Pours black with a small beige head. Aromas & tastes of liquorice, raisins, coffee, brown sugar, chocolate & roasted malt. Medium to full body. Light malty bitter finish. Highly enjoyable

16/3/2024. Bottle from Left Field Beer. Pours black with a small tan coloured head. Good pour. Aroma is dark chocolate, meaty, molasses, roasted malt, liquorice, toffee, coffee, candy sugar. Moderate sweetness and mellow roasted bitterness. Full bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. Very slight boozy harshness but really good.
