[ As Full Mash Wheat Ear ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, wheat, fruity, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151006] 6-3-6-3-12

Draft at Crafty Crow. Clear pale yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of dusty straw and lemon. Taste is lightly tart lemon, lightly herbal or medicinal. Oily mouthfeel.
