23/11/2023. Bottle at Bure Bez Dna, Sarajevo. Pours almost clear dark amber with a large frothy lasting off-white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, bready, biscuit, dried fruits, light chalky edge. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. A decent “British Best Bitter” as my first beer on this trip to Sarajevo. Unexpected but good.
