Bottle shared at the CBJ BIG BOOSTY XMAS tasting, thanks to Juan again, 13/12/23. Hazed golden yellow with an off white cap that thins to the edge. Nose is full on guava, herb, barnyard tones, light funk. Taste comprises lime zest, guava, hint of passionfruit, lemon rind, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering spike. Tidy flavoursome sour for just 4.2%.

Sampled from the tap at the Detroit locations. Pours a cloudy earthy yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has tart lime and guava with light passionfruit and light grains underlying. Flavor has tart passionfruit and guava with a touch lime and light oak backing.
