Very nice beer. Hops didn’t come out too much in aroma. They were present in a pleasing way in flavor though and balanced nicely with the other ingredient. Extremely drinkable. Yum!

Draft. Light gold/yellow body with a frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of toasted grain, floral hops, lemon, straw, dough. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Reasonably clean, crisp and drinkable. On the sweet side with tastes of citrus and grapefruit and a light lingering bitterness.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. This beer’s 100th rating! Clear golden, thin white head, fair retention. Aroma of pale doughy malt, floral, piney and citrus hops. The taste is piney, citrus hops, pale doughy malt. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mild lingering bitterness.

12 oz bottle from a six pack bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Aroma is latex, bready, floral, citrus powder drink, grassy. Pours clear honey-gold with a medium white head with decent retention; laces a little. Taste is most everything I want in a pils--starts sweet before a nice hoppy bitterness sets in and lingers; light pine and bready malt flavors. Crisp, clean and refreshing. Palate is perfect for style--carbonation average, not harsh, medium body. Really nice beer.

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a tiny white head. The modest aroma offers up sweet malts, a touch of cracker and then light spicy to floral hops. The taste begins with a fair load of sugary sweet malts that have a thick edge of biscuit to lightly roasted maltiness. Behind the malts lurks thin notes of spicy and floral hops that have a mild fruity ester note off in the background. Decent Pils but it seems a little thick, sweet and sluggish rather than crisp, fresh and snappy.

12 oz. bottle into a pilsner. Best by 02/24/2015 so already a full 2 months past fresh. Fucking Total Wine, man... A: Pours a rich tawny brass color with a half inch fine beaded head which retains fairly well and laces in sheets. Steady carbonation rising.Nice. S:Citrus smack at the start with subtle fruity dough rounding out the nose T: A bland white bread/baguette malt hit opens the taste. Dry bitter hops follow and manage good balance. Alcohol is noticed in the finish and is unwelcome. Herbal hop and flat bread dominate. Not so much fruity as the nose unfortunately however as it warms fruit flavors reappear. Not grapefruit though, more pear/melon notes but OK. Has an off-putting mineral/vegetal taste that lingers. Not too good overall. M: Medium heavy body with a good deal of carbonation to break things up. I think the high ABV does more harm than good. O: A bit disappointed with this considering the great reviews by others. However my six is well past freshness date so probably worth a revisit if I can find it fresh.

Bottle from Haggen’s Grocery, Burlington
Deep blond color. Quite regular Pilsner, a bit crispy, with above the average bitterness, mild hop resins.
I expected more Cascade, it’s fairly simple.
