Stellar Evolution replaces the standard hops in our MC² recipe and utilized a mix of Haas Incognito, T-90 Pellets, and Lupomax Pellets keeping everything else the same.
Stellar Evolution has bright aromas of citrus and pineapple along with flavors of assorted citrus, stone fruit, mango, pineapple, and a perfect mix of resinous hop character to bring you a more pronounced version of a favorite.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light clean malts in this light clean dipa. Crisp pine, hop spice starting to nibble. Bright pineapple cubes but less sweet and well integrated with the pine and spice. Touch of orange candy underpinned by mild and bright orange peel. Light cooling pine into a more exotic tropical back end. Hop spice linger. Wow, that was a bit different, wasn't expecting that hop fruit intensity in what looks like a West Coaster. Wonderfully clean and bright. And spicy.

Can at home, from Craft Central.ie, 15/12/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting frothy white cap. Nose is orange zest, pineapple, grass, soft malts, melon, papaya, light herb. Taste comprises tangerine, grass, airy malts, pineapple, grapefruit nip, pine dusting, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced light juicy hop bitterness. Okay easy drinking DIPA but finding Equilbrium offerings less interesting than a few years ago.

Pours a moderately hazy, pale golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Flavors follow, with some grassy notes. Mouthfeel seems a touch thin. Mild levels of hop bitterness running through the finish.
