According to ancient Chinese mythology, five tigers balance the cosmic forces and ensure harmony. Among these tigers, the Black Tiger is considered the governor of the Water Elementals. Taking inspiration from this mythical creature, we have collaborated with Gweilo, a brewery based in Hong Kong, to create a ginger stout with a fiery taste.

Cask at welly, mini cotts day out. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a a lasting khaki head. Aroma is big zesty, lemon, star anise, oily black perfume, lavender, weird. Flavour is composed of, semi sweet, black roast, liquorice, star anise, perfume, zesty lemon. Palate is semi sweet, oily, mellow cask condition. Quite odd.
