A silky smooth stout with incredible complex flavours of coffee, dark fruits, burnt caramel and toffee. A sensory-rich mouthfeel with depth of flavour from the roasted malts balanced with the smoothness of the oats.

Medium to dark brown. A bit simple and on the meh side. Earthy, a bit of chocolate, some oat toasted notes. Thin and a bit watery. Not a great option. Lacks intrigue and complexity but also just isn’t all that tasty.

Sampled from the tap at Woodworkers. Pours near black with a thin light brown head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts and dark grains with just a hint of bitter chocolate underlying. Flavor has smooth dark grains and growing roast with just a bit of earthiness backing.
