From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Puckering sour with a bright aroma of citrus, lime, cactus, some tequila, soft tropical notes. Nice dry sourness, refreshing. Lovely, lots of nuances going on.

Capped half liter bottle from the brewery, bottle 9/1217, enjoued 11/26/20. Surprised its so old as I bought it about 3 months ago. Hazy orange, thin fizzy head. Aroma of agave, white grape, grapefruit. Taste is agave, grapefruit, lemon, funk, oak. No hint of smoke. Medium bodied, bright, lingering tartness. Solid.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of acidic fruit, lime and lemon with a touch of aches. Taste is acidic fruits like lime and lemon with pale malt, mild wood and feels moderate sweet with balanced avidity and a dry finish. Medium body with the same flavors in aftertaste ending with a hint of dry white vine. Tasty, delicate and nice without beeing mindblowing.

9-3-8-4-16 Bottle, 19 months after bottling, shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours cloudy dark yellowy orange, with a big, short lived, creamy head. Aroma is lactic notes of grapes, apricots and stone fruits, as well as pink grapefruit, fruit peel, bretty barnyard and well integrated smoky notes. Creamy body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid with hay, grapes, stone fruits and citrusy notes of grapefruit, as well as sour candy, agave and wooden minerals. Dry finish.

On tap at Beer Temple Amsterdam. Unclear golden coloured, small white head, light citrus and wood in the nose. Sour taste, light citrus, noticable wood, mild grapefruit and touch of caramel with lingering fruity finish. Nice one.

Got in a BIF from Dragginballs76. 500 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/19/2017. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, tequila, toasted oak, hay, straw, grass, agave, wheat, cracker, and bread; with lighter notes of wood smoke, oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus zest, wine/tequila barrels, and wheat/cracker/light smoked malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, tequila, toasted oak, hay, straw, grass, agave, wheat, cracker, and bread; with lighter notes of wood smoke, oaken vanilla, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, tequila/wine tang; and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/sour lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, tequila, toasted oak, hay, straw, grass, agave, wheat, cracker, bread, light smoke/leather/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus zest, wine/tequila barrels, and wheat/cracker/light smoked malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy wine/tequila balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and barrel tang/tannin. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.1%. Overall this is an awesome fruited sour/wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus zest, wine/tequila barrels, and wheat/cracker/light smoked malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic drying finish, not overly lactic. Definitely not anywhere near as smokey as expected, but that's okay with me. Outstanding balanced Brett/Bacteria complexity, citrus vibrancy, wine/tequila barrel presence, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example.
