375 ml green bottle, as Pomona Island Crusta Whiskey Sour, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 11%. Brownish golden colour, minimal carbonation, no proper head. Aroma of lemons, lactic acid, bourbon whiskey, vanilla and oak. Very sour but also very sweet flavour, lots of lactose and otherwise the same elements as the aroma. Won't buy again.

Bottle at home. Pours clear golden amber, nose is funk, vanilla, bourbon, lemon, toffee, taste is zesty citrus, tart, funky, chewy toffee, vanilla, refreshing. 7/8/8/8/8

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 01/11/24. Golden yellow topped with a limited off white crown. Nose is tarte lemon rinds, punchy citric zest, whisky kiss, herb, straw. Taste comprises sharp citric zest, complex, bitters, good impression of an old fashioned, straw, bourbon rip, oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering kiss and balance spike of alcohol. Solid.

375ml bottle at 11%. Pours dark orange with no head. Aroma is very strong sour, a bit ashy, a little honey, lemon and whisky. Taste has sour toffee and light whisky to start. Very sour lemon and honey finish.
