opalescent pale yellow colour, large, dense, though not too stable white head; aroma of canned apple, apple and pear peel, lemony, some wheaty and maybe grassy notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some spicy-peppery, vanilla and almond-like bittery aftertaste; not bad at all, though not a usual beer, for sure
