Buying this bottle at the terrasse d'Arnaud, Lausanne, Montchoisi area, correct beef tartare, enjoyable session ipa, light and well balanced, oat and malt, giving a mineral touch, fruity, aroma of strawberry, citrus, bitter, good job, 06.04.24

hazy pale yellow colour, huge, though not too stable white head; aroma of grape, peachy, lemony and earthy-wine cellary-vinous notes; taste is like a mix of a fruity ale and an acidic white wine; not a usual session IPA, for sure...
