This modern interpretation of a Weissbier combines the souls of Bavaria and New Zealand! Classic Weihenstephan Weissbier yeast and expressive southern hemisphere hops from New Zealand (Kohia Nelson Blend from Freestyle Hops)! The result is a very fruity complex, yet very crushable beer thats perfect for the hot summer days! Cheers!

very hazy pale yellow colour, minimal creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of lemon zesty, orange peel oils, green tea leaves, piney, grapefruity, pineapple, wheaty and peachy notes; hoppy-bittery taste with similar notes to the aroma and some biscuity-syrupy sweetness; great one!
