slightly opalescent bright amber colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of unripe grape, tannins, woody, balsamic acidy, and earthy, as well as some barnyard and wine cellary notes; taste of citric acidy, sour white wine, unripe grape, tannins, woody and some earthy notes; quite good one
