The Paso Fino horse's four-beat gait, akin to a graceful dance in the air, served as inspiration for this savory India Pale Ale. We've incorporated chit malts into the grain bill to enhance foam retention and body, while the addition of Luminosa hops from indie-hops (first-time use at Basqueland), imparts fruity aromas reminiscent of iced Peach Tea, blackberry, papaya, and pineapple, illuminating vividly this unique brew.

very hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized dense off-white head; aroma of rotten tropical fruity like pineapple and mango, acetic, some celery, orange juice, vegetables and dark berries; taste has the same notes with some hoppiness; not that good
