hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized creamy white head; aroma of pineapple, mango, tangerine, apricot jam, passion fruit, some pear peel and biscuity notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some spicy-celery-horseradish-like aftertaste; great DIPA!
