Clear chestnut colour with some ruby hue, minimal creamy beige lacing; aroma of sour cherry juice, prune or rather plum jam, raisins, some caramel and minimal licorice; taste is the same with some hoppy bitterness, nutmeg and spicy alcoholic aftertaste; excellent quadrupel
