Draught @ Bolt Brewery - Little Italy, San Diego. Pours dark golden with an offwhite head. Aroma fo malt, light caramel, little wood, fruity hops, light pine. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, wood, light parfumey, fruity hops, pine, little alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, light sweet and light bitter finish. 290718

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds flinty minerals, citrus peel, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavour, really dry and bitter and flinty, with notes of lime, pine needles, grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Very dry in the finish, some grass, more flinty minerals, hay, Lemon peel. So so overall.
