Backlog. Amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is nectary, some floral, wooden and a bit herbal tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden, herbal and some mild biscuity and grainy tones to it. Smooth.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly bretty, funky yeasty and citrusy fruity, slightly grassy, hoppy aroma, pale and slightly wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, lemongrass, a touch of quince. Taste is dry, (citrusy) fruity hoppy, mildy funky yeasty and minimally biscuity, pale malty as well as minimally wheaty malty with very low residual sweetness but a minimally sugary touch nevertheless, notes of lemon, some lemongrass, a basic fruity layer with a touch of quince, yellow stone fruit. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth, simultaneously dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very Belgian, a hard fight between hoppy and yeasty flavours is going on here - pretty good.
