Bottled. Brownish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is grainy, floral, toasted and some mild wooden notes. Original review text: Bottled. Slightly hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, grass, herbs and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, grainy, wooden and some slight biscuity notes.

Swing-top bottle 0.75cl. present from friends bought at the source, @home poured into a shaker. Slightly hazy copper colour, good frothy beige head, half-way lasting, light lacing. Aroma toasted malt, cara malt, caramel, biscuit, light overripe apples, earthy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, biscuit, light overripe apples, grainy notes. Light to medium body, oily texture, sweetbitter aftertaste, light biscuit notes.

Bottle from a trade with jappp. Kiitos. Aroma is doughy, with fruit and candy sugar. A touch veg too. Clear treacle brown. Thick foamy off-white head. Medium bitter. Grainy. With a sour vinous and berry streak that comes to the fore. Light bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Enjoyable if basic. No complaints.

Tap at Kaisla. Juicy malt nose, raisins, caramel, chocolate. Cloudy brown-orange. Full body, flavors of caramel, sweet raisins, some apple. Bitter finish. Good alt.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (PBF XII Tasting.) by oh6gdx ] - Petalax, Finland. [ As Hailuodon Altbier ].Murky matt - grey medium to light amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - yeast, caraml, dark malt, sweet malt, sugary. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, wheat - yeast, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180706] 4-2-4-3-7

Bottled at PBF XII. Cloudy brownish amber, rich head. Fruity toasty nose. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some toast and grass. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle, 4.3 % ABV. Smell of malt. Cloudy copper colour, beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, some sugar. Sweet. Lively carbon. Medium viscous texture. Mild body, long finish. Quite pleasant.

Murky brown-amber colour, small off-white head. Toffee and light tartness in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Toffeeish, grassy with light tart vegetably notes. Very malty for this ABV but otherwise close to undrinkable.
