16 oz can purchased at Lunds & Byerlys Wines & Spirits in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Canned on 3/4 sticker on the four pack holder. The pour is a mostly clear golden orange with a light tan head. The aroma is grass, soft resin, floral, pine and a bit of caramel malt. The taste is the fresh hops right away, nice balances of the grass, floral, pine and resin. The caramel malt is soft and naturally sweet, and in nice balance with the bitterness of the hops. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral caramel malt and dry bitter resin finish. Nice.

Can. Pours a clear deep earthy amber with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of earthy grains and grass with a hint of resin underlying. Flavor has a good amount of resin with some grass and straw backing.

Pours a very slightly hazy, amber-gold, with good-sized, lasting head. Aroma is dank and earthy, with a goodly amount of hop presence. Flavor is fairly smooth, with pine/spruce hops in the forefront, and just a touch of citrus in back. Thereβs a touch of sweetness to this one, though it still has a pretty bitter finish. All in all, a fair approximation of a West Coast IPA.
