This pilsner malt, mosaic hop SMaSH is what a lot of the beertenders reach for at the end of a shift. Light and drinkable but with enough flavor to make you forget about cleaning the bathrooms.

On tap at Sisyphus, pours a clear golden wkth a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the mosaic, with piney hops and a touch of stone fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, some citrus, a little chalk, and biscuity malt. Clarity is alright, except for the slight murky chalkiness. Not particularly well-dialed in.

Tap. Pours slightly hazy yellow gold, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is light, mosaic, dank, hints of onion, chive. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Eh.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely and laces slightly. Aroma has a musty citrus note with sine earthy onion and a light grain backbone. Flavor is a bit more onion forward with a good amount of earthy citrus with a touch of grain.

Pours a clear, slightly cloudy, lemon-yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is grassy and citrusy. Flavor is also marked by a distinct grassiness, with some slight citrus and a rather muted hop bite underneath. Fairly bitter finish.
