Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Bottle at Four Firkins. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has lots of earthy but sweet grains with some light fruits and bread. Flavor combines fruits and sweet grains with a touch of earthiness and a bit of tartness.

Is this a beer or is it a wine? Pours a clear, copper brown with no head to speak of. Aroma and flavor much more fruity and wine like than beery. Not sure this experiment was entirely successful. Not terrible, but not so great, either.
