Our work with Elements Coffee Roasters began when they helped us source and roast high quality single-origin coffee beans for our house cold brew program. We learned a lot and were eager to dig deeper, so brewing a beer together naturally fit the progression of our collaboration. In addition to the coffee, organic Maine maple syrup from Sawyer's Maple Farm was added to bring balance to the flavor profile. Enjoy our work together in this intersection of our favorite beverage types!

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Pours a dark, cola black, with mid-sized tan head, that dissipates rapidly. Aroma has notes of coffee, maple syrup, some leather, cardboard. Flavor is sweet, with maple syrup and coffee, some chocolate and dark fruit. Finish is rather dry and just a touch bitter. Mouthfeel is soft and full.
