Brilliantly clear pale gold body small foamy white head. Grassy pils aroma. Grassy pils flavor. Medium light body moderately high carbonation. 6/4/6/3/13 3.2

Growler from the brewery at Christmas dinner. Pours a clear, golden-copper, with mid-sized head. Grassy and grainy, both in aroma and flavor. ABV kind of creeps up on you. Not bad for the style.

Tap at the Brewery. A dry pilsner. Malt flavor and light hips, it could use more hop character but very drinkable as it is.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2018. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a grass and straw combination with a bit of hay underlying. Flavor has notes of straw, grass and grains with a bit of earthy hay underlying.
