Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Cloudy straw color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical and citrus fruits, and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Pours a hazy, soft pineapple-banana yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a bit of rotting tropical fruit with some citrus. Flavor follows. Fairly sweet beer with only the slightest of hop bitterness at the finish. Soft mouthfeel. ABV is well-hidden in aroma and flavor.
