Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.

Can. Tropical fruit, caramel malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Bright yellow with large off-white head. Moderately sweet tropical fruit, caramel malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body and balance. Tasty - very nice.

12oz can pours with a clear gold body that has tiny particles floating and suspended in it and supporting a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up odd yet fun green guava tropical fruit, some berries and then a thin kind of citrus lime like sensation. The taste delivers a somewhat dry hoppy fruity bite with berry, strawberry, guava and lime. Intertwined within the modestly bitter hops are thin notes of citrus and tropical sweet fruit juiciness. It ends with a pleasing near neutral semi dry palate. Pretty nice.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor, can
Hazy golden color. Mild fruit and citrus fruit aroma. The malt base blends very well with the orangey character of the fruits. Some pithy bitterness in the final.
