Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.

355mL can, pours a clear golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out very restrained floral hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is fresh, bringing out a nice floral and piney hop character, and backed by a thin, crisp biscuity malt backbone. Lovely piney hop character on the finish, with a pleasant astringency.

Burk från SB. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, aningen disig. Fruktig doft med mycket citrus, tallskott, honung och nektar. Ganska söt och fruktig som doften, juicig och zestig citrus men bett i beskan som balanserar sötman. Gott.

RBESG 2017, sampled on July 23, 2017 @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Pours clear golden, white foam. Nose somewhat creamy & hoppy. Slight fruitiness. Taste has light bitterness, medium body, some hops there but overall feels quite balanced. Drinkable but not really that exciting. Malty burp.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden, rich firm head. Fruity nose with citrus and yuzu. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some syrup, plenty of exotic citrus. Long bitter finish Hop lemonade. Solid, but one dimensional.

Sampled on draft at Hugo’s this beer poured a hazy bright golden color with a medium sized fluffy orange-white head that lingers and left decent lacing. The aroma was dry, bitter and tropical. The flavor was bitter, tangy and tropical. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Burk från SB. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, citron, yuzu, grapefrukt, granskott, zest med toner av tropisk frukt. Fruktig, frisk, fina aromer i god balans, lagom söt, något tunn kropp men uppvägs av goda och för mig nya smaker, fin beska. Gott!
