Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.

Tap at brewdog BCN. Pours rather clear, bot darker blonde. Small white head, medium lacing. Smell is full, tropical hops , nice maltynsss. Taste is full, citric, candy sweetness ( mildly ) some bitterness. Not bad.

Lys brun klar med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter sydhavsfrukter, sitron, grapefrukt og noe karamell. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Tung fruktig sødme, mango, ananas, trevirke og lett maltig smak mot karamell.

Can from Total Wine. Amber and cloudy with medium body. Grapefruit lemon and pine nose. Tastes of grapefruit,orange peel and pine, mildly bitter citrus finish.

On draught at Wyoming Aleworks.
Pours a clear gold, an inch of foam.
Light citrus, grapefruit nose, cracker malt.
Tastes of the citrus grapefruit, cracker malt, slightly dank, easy drinking. Medium body with medium carbonation.

Can:
Pours amber with a slight haze. Big, bubbly head. Aroma is lots off citrus; yuzu, lemon, grape fruit and orang marmalade. Perfumy citrus flavor with notes of lemon, yuzu and grape fruit.

Can from local SB Eriksberg cons 2017-08-11 Göteborg AR: odd citrus ripe peel AP: hazy coppery, frothy white head F: odd citrus ripe peel, smooth body, flavor is more refreshing then the aroma

Can from systembolaget. A very gluggable IPA. Could definitely take down a few pints of these. Lovely hops, fruity twist. Smooth as a whistle....I’m sure some dislike that ’watery’ side of it but I think it makes it hugely refreshing as it still retains a nice bitterness. Very nice, Can from Systembolaget. This time wasn't as revolutionary an experience as the first and felt more butch and less gluggable. It was much more tropical fruity. Harder on the palate and very hoppy. Still a great beer. 4.2 to 4.1

12oz can thanks to Toby. Pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is tropical fruit hops some sweet juice notes. Taste is more of the tropical fruit hops yuzu citrus and a light bitterness on the end.
