Yuzu and Ugli fruit infusions twisted together with the blueberry, tangerine notes of Mosaic make for a tangy, juicy, zesty array of aroma and flavor. Salivation will instantly ensue with one sniff of this crushable brew (5.8% ABV, 60 IBUs) that was inspired by a Yuzu brew we made with some brewing friends in Japan.

Tap. Ours clear yellow, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, pine, Grapefruit. Flavors is light sweet, light plus bitter. Merlin light body. A touch watery. Ok.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is lightly hazy, golden yellow-orange with trace sparkle, less-that-finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet berry and citrus fruit, mild hay. Taste is citrus and berry like the aroma but less sweet, with late pine bitterness. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, mostly pine bitter finish. Overall, would have liked the taste to have had the strong sweetness of the aroma but still good and somewhat different.

12 oz can. Aroma is cantaloupe, vaguely fruity, kind of vague overall. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one finger off-white head with decent retention. Taste is moderately bitter with fruity and pithy flavors, some pine. Tastes better than it smells. Pretty tasty.

12 oz can. Pours a bright amber with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of passionfruit, melons, dank hops and bready malts. Flavors follow same with a emphasis on unripe melons and weedy hops. Bitter finish.

Pours gold with a large head.Nose shows biscuity malt, papaya, lychee, apple, peach and nectarine.Flavours include sweet bready/biscuity malt, pine and resinous hops. Some herbal citrus-like notes.

Can. Gold with a loose white head. The odd floatie. Pithy and zesty citrus aroma with suggestions of not very sweet flesh - kumquat, pomelo, pink grapefruit. A little pine and mango, light bread. Slightly sweeter than suggested by the aroma with tropical and sweeter citrus fruit gradually yielding to punchier citrus. Medium high bitterness is no more than enough. Pretty good.
