Heavily Wheated and Oated Brux North East Imperial India Pale Ale with Lactose brewed with Lemongrass, Thai Basil, and Thai Chilis. Copiously dry hopped with Lupulin Citra, Idaho 7, and Experimental Bru-1. Finished on Lemongrass and Toasted Coconut.

Pours a hazy, golden orange, with mid-sized head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, some spice. Flavor is a strong lemongrass, with other citrus, some tropical fruit, and a touch of chili. Very floral, almost a potpourri sort of thing. Not sure I'm really on board with this...

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Frothy white head reduces to a small creamy cap. Biscuit malt aroma has notes of coconut and basil. Interesting complex flavor profile. Picking up lemongrass, coconut, chili peppers and basil. Some warmth from the chili’s as well. Sweetness from the lactose is present throughout. Very tasty.

16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 6/28/20. Hazy, bright orange color, small head, minimal lace. Strong tropical and coconut aroma. Sun tan lotion / Pina Colada flavors. Milk sugary sweetness and coconut overpower the Thai spice (which is hardly noticeable). Too sweet and out of balance.

Can sourced from Himmeriget and shared at home - pours a opaque yellow to orange colour with a small bubbly white head. Some citrus fruity notes, lemongrass, sweet lacto medium body, light chilli accents and coconut into the finish. Interesting.

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of hops, alfa acid, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a very bitter finish. OTT
