Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cervecería Insurgente in Mexico, this IPA was made with Galaxy and Sabro hops, mango and guava. "Free the Owl!"

FD-17: Nightmare on Elm Street 2 (1985), not sure if it should count towards the total, as it's mostly background noise whilst winding down work. Guava and mango prevalent, which I appreciate. Free the owl! 🦉

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Pours a hazy, golden pineapple color, with smallish head. Aroma is marked by tropical and citrus fruit notes. Flavor is strong, juicy tropical fruit (mango and guava), with some hop-citrus and the slightest of hop bitterness in the finish. Lightly sweet, this is a really tasty IPA, wherein the fruit additions help to enhance the already natural hop aromas and flavors, rather than to overpower them.
