Pours a reddish-amber, with mid-sized, lasting cap of foamy, tan head. Aroma is grassy, with notes of pepper. Flavor is grassy, with pepper, some cracker, biscuit, some spice. It's an interesting beer.

Collaboration with Our Mutual Friend Brewing. Medium red body with thin white head. Oyster and herb aroma. Spicy taste with malt and oyster. Long finish. I have never heard of an oyster biere de garde but will definitely have another
