Poured from an undated 16 oz can. Aroma is fairly hop forward and fruity with passion fruit, guava, tropical citrus, tangerine and lighter notes of gooseberry and dank, oily notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly hop forward and fruity with a juicy fruit notes along with lots of passion fruit, guava, tropical citrus, tangerine and lighter notes of gooseberry and dank, oily resin. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA. Great juicy hop notes with light malt notes and balanced bitterness and alcohol notes. I like this hop profile, but I don't pick up much of the classic nelson hop character.

Pours a hazy, golden-yellow, with mid-sized head of white, fluffy foam. Aroma has a touch of green onion, sharp cheese, but mainly tropical and citrus fruits. Flavor is tropical and citrus fruit. Smooth, lightly sweet, with soft mouthfeel and a fair amount of hop bitterness at the finish.
