Trying to keep Chris P. proud by continuing to stay away from an abundance of haze on this trip, but not sure how that will continue being at Monkish!
Maybe a little too sweet for a West Coast IPA beer.

Draught @ Monkish, Torrance. Crisp, grassy and slightly sweetish with some pine, grapefruit, dry resin and bitterness

Pours a clear, golden yellow, with big head. Aroma is hops, pine, resin. Flavor follows. Crisp, clean mouthfeel. Pretty bitter finish.
