Our second taproom location in Bankers Hill has been open for 3 years now and what better way to celebrate than with a fresh batch of its commemorative beer? Dankers Hill is a DDH West Coast IPA, brewed with stacks on stacks of Nectaron, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Simcoe, and Strata hops to offer a new-money take on a classic style. With notes of citrusy orange rind, juicy blueberry, subtle stonefruit, and dank resin, this 7% sipper finishes dry and crisp. Our Bankers Hill location is open and thriving, and we hope to see you there soon with this tasty beverage in hand.

Hazy, thin head, pale, medium bitterness, a bit fruity, overripe like a bit of a stealth hazy.

On tap at North Park - Bankers Hill, pours a mostly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of pungent allium, piney hops, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super bright, with intense piney hop bitterness, melon, overripe fruits, and some rough grainy malt. Too much Citra/allium here to be top-tier, but it’s extremely well-constructed.

Draught @ North Park Beer Co, San Diego.Grassy, sweetish and piney with some hints of dankness and floral notes. Solid.

Pours a clear, light straw color, with minimal head. Aroma is grassy, with citrus and pine. Flavor follows, with a slightly elevated level of hoppy bitterness at the finish. Crisp, clean mouthfeel.
