Which dry hops with a different hop profile than the original description: Built on a base of raw wheat, old fashioned oats, and super pale pilsner malt, we used those neat little freeze dried Sauvignon Blanc skins from New Zealand (Phantasm) in this one, as well as a yeast strain that makes those neat little things explode with craaaaaaazy aromatics! Oh! And then we also double dry hopped with our hand selected lot of Nelson from our good good Pallys™️ at @freestylehops for good measure. Tasting notes? Think of white grape juice, fresh kiwi and guava, and even some cotton candy. Insanely fun.
