Sample at the roost.  Looks like pulp.  Murky yellow, lacey head.  Starchy nose, wheat, malt, dried citrus, grassy.  Flavors follow.  Some cheese curd and cracker.  Under ripe melon.  Finishes starchy, bitter, some bite.  Feels bigger than it is.  7 7.5 7 6 7

Hoping Bayou Burrow can get that W! Geaux Bengals! Thanks TQ for the beer! Tottenham are shite! Terrible performance vs Wolves, and very boring too. Let’s keep the fingers crossed the Super Bowl is better.

Pours a hazy, pineapple-banana, with smallish head. Aroma is juicy tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor follows. Very mild hop bitterness at the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
