Brewed in collaboration with the quacks over at @vitaminseabrewing we have the return of BETWEEN TWO FERMS! Pouring with a glowing orange haze, our version of this collaboration was brewed with a base of 2 row barley as well as a massive amount of flaked, malted, and naked oats in the grist. Hopped with Mosaic and BRU - 1 on the hot side and then fermented with an extremely expressive yeast. From there, we dry hopped this with more Mosaic and BRU-1 and some Pacific Sunrise. We’re getting big notes of crushed white grapes, honeydew melon, and some pina colada vibes.
