A collab with Brewski from Helsingborg. We got a couple of kegs of their APA ”Ananasfeber" and their IPA ”Passionfeber" and mixed them into two stainless steel tanks and then added our brettanomyces yeast culture and our house souring culture to secondary ferment the beer. The result is a hoppy and fruity sour ale which makes it the perfect drink for the sunny summer weather.

Tap at CBC2016, Copenhagen. Colour is cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, sweetness, some berries and some sourness.

A hazy golden beer with a yellowis head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of wood, brett, and straw,leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight fruity. Citrusy, crisp fruity, bretty. Dry and smooth fruity to leathery finish.
